Mrs. McDaniel focuses her practice in mainly personal injury.  She has participated in trial practice helping clients whose injuries have warranted awards and or settlements of millions of dollars.

Ms. McDaniel has represented persons  who need help with civil rights claims on the basis of Title VII, Title IX, and State violations in both State and Federal Court.

Ms. McDaniel  has represented clients from East Baton Rouge, Livingston, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, Pointe Coupee and surrounding areas in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, child endangerment, Post Separation Family Violence Act, community property and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.
