Charlotte C. McDaniel
Charlotte McDaniel earned her J.D. Degree from Southern University Law Center in 1999. Ms. McDaniel passed the bar that same year and immediately went to work. Initially, Mrs. McDaniel worked for one year at a law firm in Jonesboro, Louisiana. Mrs. McDaniel then returned to the Baton Rouge area in 2000. She worked nine years in a small firm in Baton Rouge as an attorney practicing mainly as a personal injury attorney before opening Charlotte C. McDaniel, A Professional Law Corporation in 2009. Mrs. McDaniel strives to be your family attorney that you call with all of your legal questions. Mrs. McDaniel continues to practice in the areas of personal injury, helping those who have been injured by the fault of another.
Mrs. McDaniel is active in a number of professional organizations including the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association of Justice.
Mrs. McDaniel was a member of the Democratic State Central Committee, 70th Representative, District A. Mrs. McDaniel was also a Democratic Parish Executive Committee, Member at Large for the Parish of East Baton Rouge.
