Mrs. McDaniel McGehee concentrates her practice in mainly personal injury.  She has participated in trial practice helping clients whose injuries have warranted awards and or settlements of millions of dollars.

CIVIL RIGHTS LITIGATION EXPERIENCE:

Mrs. McDaniel McGehee has represented persons  who need help with civil rights claims on the basis of Title VII, Title IX, and State violations in both State and Federal Court.

FAMILY LAW LITIGATION EXPERIENCE:
